The Canella Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Millesimato Extra Dry DOCG 2024 is an elegant vintage Prosecco from the prestigious DOCG area around Valdobbiadene, which is known for its particularly high-quality sparkling wines. Produced by the renowned Venetian family winery Canella, which has been synonymous with excellent sparkling wine culture since 1947, this Prosecco stylishly expresses Veneto's characteristic freshness, finesse and loyalty to its origins.

Only Glera grapes from the 2024 vintage are used for this Millesimato - carefully harvested by hand from the best hillside vineyards in the region. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using the tried-and-tested Charmat method, resulting in a fine, long-lasting perlage and an aromatically clear style. Vinified in the Extra Dry style, this Prosecco has a subtle, harmonious fruity sweetness that makes it particularly balanced and easy to drink. With a moderate alcohol content of 11% by volume, this sparkling wine epitomises lightness, elegance and pure Italian joie de vivre.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Prosecco shines in a light straw yellow with greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and lively. The nose reveals fragrant aromas of green apple, ripe pear, white flowers and citrus fruits, accompanied by a hint of acacia honey. The palate is fresh, fruity and harmonious, with fine acidity, a delicate melt and an elegant, fruity finish.
