Produced at The Shed Distillery in the west of Ireland, this gin stands out from other gins thanks to the use of gunpowder tea, a slowly dried Chinese green tea. The base is classic juniper, complemented by a fascinating blend of Asian and local botanicals such as lemongrass, cardamom, star anise, grapefruit, and orange and lime peel.
