Produced by the renowned Le Contesse winery, this high-quality Italian sparkling wine is made from the Glera grape variety and produced using traditional secondary fermentation in an autoclave. The temperature-controlled processing and the targeted use of selected yeasts result in a particularly harmonious and lively Extra Dry Prosecco with a fine effervescence and elegant freshness.


Vinification begins with a gentle pressing of the Glera grapes, followed by static decanting of the must to ensure the utmost purity and freshness. Part of the must is stored at a low temperature, whilst the remainder undergoes controlled fermentation and is subsequently aged in steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks, resulting in a fine and long-lasting effervescence. With an alcohol content of 11% vol., Le Contesse Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry DOC is light, well-balanced and particularly easy to drink. On the palate, this Italian Prosecco is fresh, balanced and harmonious, with delicate fruit, an elegant effervescence and a pleasant lightness. The finish is lively, clean and pleasantly long-lasting.
