Wild Bark Quinine GINGER Small Batch Tonic Syrup is a concentrated tonic syrup with ginger, designed for making your own fresh tonic water. Instead of using ready-bottled tonic water, the syrup is simply mixed with sparkling mineral water. The recommended mixing ratio is 1:6, meaning that the 0.5-litre bottle can be used to make a correspondingly large quantity of ready-to-drink tonic. A key advantage of this concept is its flexibility: by choosing the mineral water and its carbonation level, the intensity of the fizz can be tailored to individual preference. At the same time, the concentrate reduces the need for individual bottles of tonic water, thereby cutting down on both transport weight and the amount of glass packaging required.


The GINGER variant from Wild Bark Quinine combines the characteristic bitterness of a tonic with a distinctive hint of ginger. As a small-batch tonic syrup, the product is suitable for both home bars and use in the hospitality industry, and allows for straightforward preparation immediately before serving. It is particularly handy to use with a Sodawasser maker, as the required Sodawasser can be produced on the spot and then mixed with the syrup. Using a mixing ratio of one part Wild Bark Quinine Ginger to six parts Sodawasser produces a fresh, delicately tart ginger tonic, which can be enjoyed on its own as a non-alcoholic soft drink or used as a mixer.

This allows you to adjust the level of carbonation to your taste by choosing between mineral water or Sodawasser. The finished Ginger Tonic Water is ideal as a mixer for gin and tonic and other long drinks, but can also be served neat as a non-alcoholic refreshment. Thanks to its distinct ginger flavour, the syrup is particularly well-suited to drinks that call for a combination of bitterness, carbonation and spicy freshness.
