These sake rice wines are produced at the Kikunosato distillery in the NASU region in the north-east of Tochigi Prefecture. This region offers perfect conditions for sake rice, with large temperature differences and good water quality. The rice is sourced from local farmers in the region.

This sake is a Junmai Ginjo made from YAMADAHNISHIKI rice.
