Produced by the renowned Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL), this award-winning rum is composed of carefully selected molasses distillates produced in unique wooden stills such as the famous Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and the Coffey Still.

After distillation, El Dorado 12 Years Old is matured for at least 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak, allowing it to develop its complex flavours, velvety texture and fine balance between sweetness and spice.
