Puntacana Roner Viejo is made from high-quality sugar cane molasses, which is processed in a careful fermentation and distillation process. The rum is then matured in selected oak barrels, allowing it to develop its characteristic smoothness, warm colour and complex aromas. Due to the influence of the tropical climate, the rum matures faster and more intensively, which is reflected in its round structure and fine woody notes.
