In the glass, the Mas La Plana 2019 displays a deep purple-red colour with an almost black core. On the nose, complex aromas of blackcurrants, ripe plums, mocha, fine cedarwood and dark chocolate unfold, complemented by subtle toasted notes and delicate herbal spice. On the palate, it is powerful and multi-layered, with dense fruit, excellently integrated tannins, mineral freshness and a long, elegant finish with hints of tobacco and vanilla.

The Torres Mas La Plana Penedès DO is an ideal accompaniment to fine dishes such as beef fillet, braised lamb, game or mature Manchego cheese.
