Produziert wird dieser elegante Crémant in der Appellation Crémant de Loire im Herzen des Loiretals – einer der besten Regionen Frankreichs für feinperlige Schaumweine, die nach der Méthode Traditionnelle hergestellt werden, also wie Champagner.
Die Cuvée besteht aus den Rebsorten Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay und Cabernet Franc – eine Kombination, die Frische, Struktur und aromatische Vielschichtigkeit garantiert. Nach der Gärung in Edelstahltanks reift der Crémant für mindestens 12 Monate auf der Hefe in der Flasche, was ihm seine feinperlige Mousseux und komplexe Aromenstruktur verleiht. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 12,5 % Vol., klassisch trocken (Brut) ausgebaut und mit Naturkork verschlossen, bietet dieser Schaumwein ein exzellentes Preis-Genuss-Verhältnis und ist eine stilvolle Alternative zum Champagner. Der Langlois Crémant de Loire Brut zeigt sich im Glas in einem klaren, hellen Goldgelb mit feiner, anhaltender Perlage. In der Nase entfaltet er Aromen von weißen Blüten, grünem Apfel, reifer Birne und einem Hauch Brioche. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Crémant frisch, harmonisch und elegant, mit einer fein ausbalancierten Säure, zarten Zitrusnoten und einem mineralisch-trockenen Abgang, der Lust auf den nächsten Schluck macht.
Dieser Crémant Brut ist ein vielseitiger Allrounder – perfekt als Aperitif, aber auch als Begleiter zu Austern, Ziegenkäse, geräuchertem Lachs, leichten Fischgerichten, Canapés oder Sommer-Picknicks.
