Diese Weine, die sorgfältig gereift und abgefüllt werden, spiegeln die Leidenschaft des Unternehmens für das Land und ihren Respekt für die Natur wider.
Die Trauben der Sorten Síria, Fonte Cal und Malvasia wurden zunächst vollständig entrappt und anschließend sanft zerkleinert, gefolgt von einer etwa 12-stündigen Mazeration. Danach erfolgte das Pressen der Trauben in einer pneumatischen Presse unter inerten Bedingungen, um Oxidation zu vermeiden. Je nach Rebsorte und Reifegrad der Trauben durchlief der Most eine Klärphase, die zwischen 24 und 48 Stunden dauerte.
Die Gärung zog sich über mehrere Monate hin und fand bei kontrollierten Temperaturen zwischen 12 und 16 Grad Celsius statt. Im Anschluss reifte der Wein auf der Feinhefe in Edelstahltanks, um zusätzliche Komplexität zu entwickeln, bis er schließlich für die Abfüllung vorbereitet wurde.
Tasting notes:
Im Glas zeigt sich der Wein in einem klaren, hellen Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen. Die Nase wird von Zitrusnoten, grünem Apfel, einem Hauch weißer Blüten und frischen Kräutern geprägt. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Beira Interior Branco lebendig, mineralisch und ausgewogen, mit einer fein eingebundenen Säure und einem eleganten, leicht salzigen Abgang. Die Textur bleibt angenehm frisch und gleichzeitig cremig – mit subtiler Tiefe und animierender Frucht.
Der CARM Marquês d'Almeida Branco ist ein idealer Wein für Liebhaber authentischer, mineralisch geprägter Weißweine. Kulinarisch harmoniert er perfekt mit Meeresfrüchten, gegrilltem Fisch, frischen Salaten mit Zitrusdressing, Ziegenkäse oder leichten Geflügelgerichten. Auch zu vegetarischen Speisen wie gebratenem grünem Spargel, Artischocken oder mediterranen Vorspeisen bietet er die perfekte Ergänzung. Servieren Sie ihn gut gekühlt bei 8–10 °C – für einen stilvollen Trinkgenuss mit portugiesischem Charakter.
