Die Trauben werden selektiv per Hand gelesen, sodass ausschließlich gesundes und perfekt gereiftes Lesegut zur Vinifikation gelangt. Im Edelstahltank temperaturkontrolliert vergoren, reift der Meu Albariño anschließend für zwei Monate auf der Feinhefe. Diese Methode verleiht ihm eine cremige Struktur, Tiefe und Komplexität, ohne die sortentypische Frische zu überdecken. Abgefüllt mit 13 % Vol. Alkohol, überzeugt dieser Wein als authentischer Ausdruck galicischer Weinkultur und trägt seine Philosophie im Namen: "Meu" bedeutet auf Galicisch "das Eigene", etwas, das mit Hingabe gepflegt und geschätzt wird. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich mit breitem Auftakt, samtiger Textur und lebendiger Säure, die in ein mineralisch-frisches Finale mit eleganter Länge mündet.
Dieser Albariño aus Ribeiro ist ein perfekter Begleiter zu Fischgerichten aller Art, besonders zu gegrilltem oder gebratenem Fisch, Meeresfrüchten, Muscheln und Krustentieren.
