The beans are roasted to a medium to dark degree to develop depth and body, and are then extracted using the cold brew method. This gentle cold-brewing process preserves the natural flavours and reduces bitterness, giving the liqueur its silky texture and intense flavour. The blend is rounded off by the careful addition of high-quality vodka, which lends the liqueur structure, clarity and balance.
