The Swiss Alpine herbal liqueur is made exclusively from 100% natural raw materials and contains no chemical additives. Its origins in the Appenzellerland region significantly shape the character of this herbal bitters from Switzerland. Tradition, customs and knowledge of herbs are deeply rooted in the fascinating Alpine landscape and are passed down from generation to generation. As part of a regional project, some Bauer families even grow herbs specifically for the production of Appenzeller Alpenbitter.
