Enjoy mixing, tasting, and celebrating!

Agua de Valencia

You might have had classic Mimosas at festive occasions or brunch. The Agua de Valencia is quite similar to this refreshing drink, but it’s stronger and more exciting. Among sparkling wine cocktails, Agua de Valencia is particularly invigorating due to its high orange juice content, but it also gains strength and a robust aroma from the gin and vodka. This cocktail suits almost any occasion – Agua de Valencia is best enjoyed as an aperitif, in the afternoon, or at parties. We have a recipe for a whole carafe ready for you.

2. Strain the mixture into the coupe glasses.
3. Optionally skewer some mint and orange peel onto a cocktail stick and arrange the decoration on the glass.

Kir Royale

'Kir' was the name of a popular mayor of Dijon who held office in post-war France. This drink is called 'Royale' because it's mixed with champagne. But the color of this cocktail also lives up to its name: the deep red makes it a particularly elegant contender among sparkling wine cocktails. This drink is rather light and has a sweet, fruity note from the cassis liqueur. It's perfect as an aperitif.

Melon Spritz

The Melon Spritz is one of the very special sparkling wine cocktails. Melon as a flavor is rather uncommon, which gives the Melon Spritz an unusual character that you'll fondly remember. The melon liqueur gives this cocktail an incomparable note – fruity sweet and refreshing at the same time. It is therefore particularly suitable as an aperitif or party cocktail.

Sloeberry Gin with Sparkling Wine

Sloeberry Gin is a particularly delicious gin variant that boasts wonderful sloe flavors. The sloe, touted as a superfood, absolutely must not be missing from our selection of the best sparkling wine cocktails! The somewhat sour, piquant note of the Sloeberry Gin offers a lovely, subtle contrast to the silkiness of the champagne, and the fresh orange juice brings the two together in perfect harmony. This cocktail has a will of its own and is for true connoisseurs! You'll need a cocktail shaker for mixing.

Violet Royale

Thanks to the elegant, deep color of the Violet Syrup, this cocktail has a certain grace that is also reflected in its taste. The non-alcoholic syrup tastes wonderfully sweet of floral herbs, with a sour undertone - it combines youthful freshness with eternal sweetness. Due to the intense purple of the syrup, this cocktail is reminiscent of a bouquet of violets, or a flower meadow on which one can imaginatively dance. The rich, distinctive color of the violets gives it a depth that, hand in hand with the tasteful lightness of this drink, makes for a perfect, extravagant cocktail. Enjoy it as an aperitif or party cocktail.
