Colorful Cocktails: Add Color to Your Life!

How about a blue cocktail today? Or perhaps a green one? No matter what you're in the mood for, with the following cocktails, you can choose from a colorful abundance.

Jack Rose: an alluring red drink

While the color red often signifies "stop, danger!" in the animal and plant world, it's quite different in the world of cocktails. The ruby-red drink with the charming name Jack Rose exerts an almost magical attraction that is hard to resist. And anyone who has tasted the Jack Rose cocktail knows exactly why. Colorful cocktails should not only look fantastic but also taste just as good. The Jack Rose masters both with flying colors and, on top of that, it's mixed and served in no time with just three ingredients. If you feel magically drawn to the color red, then don't resist and let the Jack Rose cocktail seduce you.

Colorful cocktails like the Guinness Sundowner perfectly combine different colors to create a magnificent overall picture. Mary Pickford: A Pink Cocktail for Her AND Him

The days when a large portion of people believed that the color pink was only for girls or women are long gone. A good example that pink can also be for men is the Mary Pickford Cocktail, which, in addition to its striking color, offers an intense taste experience characterized by rum, pineapple, maraschino, and grenadine. Colorful cocktails like this one attract the glances and attention of many cocktail lovers and practically scream: "Drink me!" That one cannot resist such a delicious and visually appealing cocktail goes without saying, in our opinion.

Rainbow Cocktail

The name says it all with this drink. Its color layers resemble the spectrum of a – how could it be otherwise – rainbow. Its preparation is a bit more elaborate than the others on our list, but the end result will definitely be worth seeing. To achieve beautiful transitions between the individual color layers, you need a good eye. Therefore, we do not provide exact quantities in our recipe, as these ultimately depend on the size and shape of the glass. If you love both challenges and colorful cocktails, the Rainbow Cocktail is definitely for you.

Ingredients

• Grenadine syrup (e.g., Bols Grenadine Syrup)
• Blue Curaçao (e.g., Monin Liqueur de BLUE CURAÇAO)
 Sparkling wine (e.g., Ferrari Brut)
• Orange juice

Perfect Glass

Preparation

1. Fill the glass one-third with orange juice (orange layer) and then carefully add the grenadine syrup with the help of a bar spoon (it will sink to the bottom and create the red layer). To do this, hold the spoon diagonally against the rim of the glass and let the syrup slowly drip over the spoon into the glass.
2. Now mix the sparkling wine with the Blue Curaçao in a separate glass and then pour the mixture into your cocktail glass. Due to the carbonation in the sparkling wine, the blue color layer will remain on top. Your Rainbow Cocktail is now ready to be served.
