Katlenburger Strawberry Wine Spritz

Ingredients:

• 150 ml Katlenburger Strawberry Wine
• 100 ml mineral water
• Ice cubes
• Sliced strawberries for garnish

Method: Pour the Katlenburger strawberry wine and mineral water into a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir and garnish with strawberry slices.

Katlenburger Cherry Wine Punch

Ingredients:

• 750 ml Katlenburger cherry wine
• 250 ml mineral water
• 150 g mixed berries
• 1 lemon, sliced
• Ice cubes

Preparation: Pour the Katlenburger Kirschwein, mineral water and berries into a large bowl. Add the lemon slices and stir well. Serve with ice cubes.

Classic Katlenburger mead served warm

Ingredients:

• 200 ml Katlenburger mead
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 cloves
• 1 slice of orange

Method: Heat the Katlenburger Met with the cinnamon stick, cloves and slice of orange in a saucepan, but do not bring to the boil. Pour into a heatproof glass and enjoy whilst hot.
