Pickering's Gin was founded in 2013 by Marcus Pickering and Matthew Gammell to revive a gin recipe dating back decades. At the Summerhall Distillery in Edinburgh, Pickering's Gin is distilled according to a traditional recipe from 1947, which Marcus Pickering’s family has treasured for generations. The distillery itself is located in the city’s former veterinary schools, lending it an added touch of historical charm.

Pickering's Gin is distilled in small batches in a bespoke copper still named ‘Gert’. The careful selection of botanicals and the attention to detail in the production process ensure that every drop offers the perfect balance of citrus, juniper and spices. The philosophy behind Pickering's Gin is to honour tradition whilst creating a modern, fresh gin that reflects the soul of Scotland.

Pickering's Gin Original 1947

A classic London Dry Gin, produced according to the original recipe from 1947. It is rich in spicy notes of cardamom, cinnamon and coriander, complemented by hints of juniper and citrus.

Pickering's Navy Strength Gin
