Das bringst du mit:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, Matura) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Büroorganisation oder im Kundenservice
Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Teamgeist und Engagement für gemeinsame Projekte

Deine Aufgaben:

Kundenservice & Vertrieb: Betreuung unserer Kunden im Online-Shop, Frontoffice
sowie österreichweitem Verkauf
Auftragsabwicklung: Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen im System
Kundenkommunikation: Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen
und Lösungen
