Tasting Note

Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: Vanilla, caramel, honey, fresh citrus fruits, subtle oak notes.

Palate: Light and sweet, creamy vanilla, toffee, apple, pear, gentle spicy notes from the virgin oak maturation.

Finish: Medium-length, smooth, sweet and spicy, with lingering notes of vanilla and oak.

Tomatin Legacy is perfect for enjoying neat, to experience its delicate, sweet-spicy balance. It can also be used as a base for classic whisky cocktails such as a Whisky Sour or a Highball, as its gentle notes harmonise beautifully with fresh ingredients.
