Chabasse XO IMPÉRIAL is produced from early-harvested grapes, which yield a fresh and light wine. This wine is processed without the addition of sulphur and is subsequently distilled twice. It is aged for at least 40–50 years in Limousin oak casks, allowing it to develop remarkable depth and complexity.

The long ageing process in the oak casks ensures that the cognac develops the ideal aromas of wood, spices and fruity notes, making it a luxurious treat. After ageing, the various eaux-de-vie are blended into a masterful cuvée that reflects the typical, elegant Chabasse style.
