This Rum Nation Panama 10 Years Old is made from molasses and is aged for 10 years in oak casks, which gives it impressive depth and complexity. The oak cask ageing plays a key role in the rum’s complexity, giving it a harmonious balance of sweet, fruity and woody notes. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., this rum offers a perfectly balanced intensity that comes into its own both neat and in cocktails.

Colour: Amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Vanilla, caramel, honey, tropical fruits, subtle oak notes.

Palate: Smooth and round, with flavours of caramel, honey, dried fruit, oak and a subtle spiciness.

Finish: Long and smooth, with lingering notes of oak, vanilla and a subtle sweetness.

Rum Nation Panama 10 Years Old is excellent enjoyed neat or on the rocks to allow the flavours to fully unfold. It pairs perfectly with dark chocolate, mature cheeses such as Gouda or Brie, as well as fruity desserts or grilled meat. In cocktails, it is an excellent choice for a Rum Old Fashioned or a Rum Sour, where its smooth and complex flavours come into their own.
