Berliner Brandstifter Premium Kornbrand 38% vol. 0.7l online kaufen

The Berliner Brandstifter Premium Kornbrand is a high-quality reinterpretation of the traditional German Korn, distilled in Berlin from regional wheat and produced in small batches. It is characterised by its exceptional smoothness and purity, achieved through seven-stage filtration and slow distillation. This sets this premium Kornbrand apart from classic Kornbrands and offers an exceptionally smooth yet multi-layered taste experience.

With an alcohol content of 38 % vol., this Kornbrand is an excellent choice both neat and in creative cocktails. Its gentle aroma and subtle cereal notes make it a versatile choice for connoisseurs looking to rediscover high-quality Korn.

Tasting Note

Colour: Crystal clear.

Nose: Delicate cereal notes with a hint of vanilla and subtle floral nuances.

Palate: Smooth and harmonious with a slight sweetness, gentle cereal notes and a subtle spiciness.

Finish: Mild, clean and pleasantly smooth with an elegant, slightly nutty finish.

The Berliner Brandstifter Kornbrand reveals its full aroma when enjoyed neat at room temperature or slightly chilled. Thanks to its smooth texture, it is also ideal for modern cocktails such as a Korn Sour or a Berliner Mule with ginger beer and lime.

Culinary pairings: this Korn pairs particularly well with mild cheeses, toasted bread with butter or classic Berlin specialities such as meatballs or Spreewald gherkins. This premium Korn can also offer an exciting combination with dark chocolate or a fine dessert.
