Clés des Ducs Vieil Armagnac V.S.O.P. 40% vol. 0.7 l in a gift box online kaufen

The Clés des Ducs Vieil Armagnac V.S.O.P. is an excellent example of the time-honoured art of Armagnac-making from the French region of Gascony. As a V.S.O.P. (Very Superior Old Pale), this Armagnac is aged for at least four years in high-quality oak casks, which gives it its distinctive depth, elegance and complexity. With an alcohol content of 40 % vol., it offers a perfect balance between fruitiness, spice and subtle woody notes.

The Clés des Ducs brand, which translates as ‘Keys of the Dukes’, stands for the highest quality and craftsmanship. In carefully selected casks, this Armagnac develops its complex aromas, making it a true delight for connoisseurs and lovers of French spirits. Packaged in an elegant gift box, it also makes an excellent, sophisticated present for special occasions.

Tasting Note

Colour: Amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Complex, with notes of dried fruit, vanilla, oak and subtle spice.

Palate: Smooth and full-bodied with flavours of caramel, dried fruit, honey and delicate toasted notes.

Finish: Long and harmonious with a slight nuttiness and gentle woody notes.

The Clés des Ducs V.S.O.P. is ideal for classic neat drinking, allowing its complex flavours to unfold to the full. Served in a bulbous Armagnac glass, it reveals its full bouquet best when slightly warmed. It pairs perfectly with dark chocolate, fine cheeses such as Roquefort or mature Comté, and fine cigars. A high-quality, matured Armagnac that combines French tradition with fine craftsmanship – ideal for connoisseurs and as a stylish gift!
