It is matured in an impressive four-cask finish, consisting of bourbon, sherry, port and Madeira casks, resulting in an extremely complex spectrum of flavours. Tasting Note

Colour: Gold with warm reflections.

Nose: Sweet and full, characterised by fruit, oak, apples, sweet citrus notes and tropical fruits.

Flavour: Smooth, fruity and balanced; apple, citrus, tropical fruit, fine spice and harmonious oak structure.

Finish: Langs, fruity, soft and elegant with sweet and spicy depth.

This single malt harmonises perfectly with mild cheeses, fruity desserts such as apple tart or lemon cream and caramel pastries, as its natural sweetness and fruitiness ideally complement these flavours. A balanced combination is created with savoury dishes such as roast poultry, mildly spiced meat dishes or roasted nuts.
