Former bourbon or sherry casks are used for the ageing process; the previous contents of these casks impart additional cask and woody notes to the matured rum.


With its 15-year maturation period, the XM Supreme 15 Years Old is one of the brand’s longest-aged releases. The tropical climate of Guyana in South America ensures an intensive exchange between the rum and the oak during this time. After maturation, the selected rum components are carefully blended by Banks D.I.H. and bottled at 40% ABV. Colour: Dark amber.

Nose: Intense, with notes of molasses and raisins, accompanied by caramel, nuts, coffee, tobacco and subtle oak notes.

Finish: Long-lasting and spicy-sweet with harmonious oak notes.

The XM Supreme 15 Years Old is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat at room temperature or over a large ice cube. It pairs well with hearty dishes such as strong, mature cheeses, roast or grilled beef, and roasted nuts, which complement its spicy oak notes beautifully.
