Cane Island Trinidad 8 Years Old Single Estate Rum is an authentic bottling from the renowned Angostura Distillers distillery, which is known for its time-honoured rum production on the Caribbean island of Trinidad. As a single estate rum, it comes from a single distillery and is produced there with the utmost care.

This rum is distilled from 100 per cent sugar cane molasses using the column still method, which gives it its particularly smooth and balanced character. It is then matured for 8 years in ex-bourbon casks, which gives it a distinctive depth and a harmonious balance between sweet, spicy and woody flavours. At 43% ABV, it offers a powerful yet elegant flavour profile, making it ideal for both sipping neat and for crafting premium cocktails.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with amber highlights.

Nose: Aromas of vanilla, caramel, dried fruit and spicy oak.
