Hyde Whiskey is matured in the picturesque and climatically balanced countryside of County Cork, situated on the Wild Atlantic Way coastline in the south-west of Ireland. This region is renowned for its unique microclimate, characterised by warm summers and mild winters, thanks to the warm Atlantic current. This ideal, oceanic climate creates perfect conditions for the maturation of HYDE Irish whisky casks, with County Cork ranking among the mildest climates in Western Europe. The balanced temperature – never too hot, never too cold – is ideal for the development of an exquisite Irish whisky.

Hyde No. 6 combines an eight-year-old, triple-distilled Irish single grain with an 18-year-old, triple-distilled Irish single malt. This unique blend is matured in ex-Oloroso sherry casks and bottled as a President’s Reserve without the addition of colouring or chill filtration. This small-batch release is limited to 5,000 bottles worldwide, making it an exclusive tasting experience.

Nose: Fruity and sweet, figs, dates, rock sugar, vanilla, sweet plums, peaches.

Palate: Velvety smooth, vanilla, wild honey, toffee, lychees, grapefruit.
