Yellow Rose Premium American Whiskey, handcrafted in Texas, reflects the state’s rich and diverse culture and history. It combines the characteristics of bourbon, rye and light whisky, much like the blend of different personalities found in Texas. Every stage – from grain selection and blending to bottling – is carried out by hand at the distillery.

This whisky is named after Yellow Rose Distilling LLC, the first legal distillery in Houston. The name, in turn, honours Emily West, known as ‘The Yellow Rose of Texas’. West played a decisive role in the victory that led to Texas’s independence in 1836.

As such, Yellow Rose Whiskey Premium American Whiskey not only embodies the artisanal tradition and spirit of Texas, but also celebrates a historical figure who made a significant contribution to the state’s identity and independence.
