The Yellow Rose Distillery’s flagship product, Outlaw Bourbon, represents an extraordinary departure from traditional bourbon conventions. Unlike typical bourbons, which use a variety of grains, Outlaw Bourbon is made from 100 per cent maize, making it a rarity in the world of whiskies and giving it a rich, intense flavour profile.

This distinctive feature, coupled with several awards, underlines the whisky’s quality and unique character.

Produced in small, artisanal batches, Yellow Rose follows a traditional production method that uses double pot-still distillation to give the bourbon an intense aroma and rich flavour.

Tasting Note

Colour: Old gold, copper.
