The Tio Pepe Fino Muy Seco Palomino Fino Sherry is a world-renowned speciality from the Jerez region of Spain. With an alcohol content of 15% by volume and a bottle size of 0.75 litres, this dry sherry represents the essence of Spanish sherry tradition. Made from the Palomino fino grape, it is matured using the Solera method to develop its characteristic dryness and freshness.

This fino sherry is a prime example of a light, dry sherry with an elegant, nutty profile. It is matured exclusively under a protective layer of flor yeast, which gives it its unique freshness and complexity. Tasting Note

The colour of the Tio Pepe Fino is a clear, light straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose reveals elegant aromas of almonds, green apples and subtle yeast notes, accompanied by a hint of citrus fruit. The flavour is dry and fresh, with nutty notes and a subtle hint of salt emphasising the fresh liveliness of this sherry. The finish is crisp and lingering, with a lingering almond note and a hint of sea salt rounding off the experience.
