Tomintoul 15 Years Old WITH A PEATY TANG 40% vol. 0.7 l in a gift box
The Tomintoul Distillery, situated in the Scottish Highlands within the Cairngorms National Park and named after the nearby village of Tomintoul, opened its doors in 1964 and is now owned by Angus Dundee Distillers.
Situated at an altitude of 370 metres above sea level, Tomintoul is Scotland’s second-highest distillery, surpassed only by the Braeval Distillery, which was founded in 1973. Although the majority of the 3.2 million litres of spirit produced annually is exported to the United States for use in blends, Tomintoul regularly releases special single-cask bottlings.
The Tomintoul 15 Years Old with a Peaty Tang whisky is produced in Ballindalloch, in the valley of the River Livet in Speyside, Scotland. Named after the highest village in the Highlands, the Tomintoul Distillery is distinguished by its exceptional location and tradition. This whisky matures for 15 years in oak casks, developing its distinctive character in the process.
