This exquisite rum pays homage to the French doctor and naturalist Aimé Bonpland, bringing together the region’s finest rums in a fine spirit. The rum is first matured in bourbon and barrique wine casks before undergoing a third stage of ageing in sweet wine casks, which lends it a distinctive complexity and mature sweetness.
