The Macallan Concept No. 2 is the second release in Macallan’s new Concept series. This whisky brings together the similarities and common ground between whisky-making and musical composition. Whisky Maker Steven Bremner seeks to unite and celebrate his two greatest passions.

Bremner captures these similarities by, for example, bringing together and layering notes and sounds in music. It is precisely this process that can also be observed in whisky-making, although here flavour notes and the chosen maturation play a major role. This Macallan is Lagered in sherry-seasoned American oak casks, Miguel Martin sherry casks and ex-bourbon casks, creating a unique flavour profile. #macallancreates
