The Wilhelm Spezialitäten Manufaktur, situated directly on the Styrian Apple Route, has been producing this unique liqueur for over 30 years using sustainable methods and with the utmost care. The Swiss stone pine cones are steeped in apple brandy according to a time-honoured recipe and refined with a pinch of sugar – a production process that gives the liqueur its authentic, aromatic depth.

With an alcohol content of 35% vol., Wilhelm Steirisches Zirberl offers a powerful yet harmonious flavour.
