Crystal Head Vodka Onyx is an exceptional premium vodka, bottled at 40 per cent in a 0.7-litre bottle, which expands the well-known Crystal Head range with an expressive variant made from Blue Weber agave. First launched in 2020, this edition is produced from high-quality Blue Weber agave sourced from a single farm in Mexico. The vodka is then diluted to drinking strength using exceptionally pure water from Newfoundland, Canada. Like all Crystal Head Vodka bottlings, Onyx contains absolutely no sugar, oils or other additives and impresses with its exceptionally clear and pure character.


Crystal Head Vodka Onyx takes its name from the black onyx gemstone, which is regarded as a symbol of strength, protection and focus. In keeping with this, the iconic skull-shaped bottle is presented in an elegant black design with a colour-coordinated cap. In terms of flavour, this special bottling combines the purity of a premium vodka with the characteristic, slightly earthy notes of agave. The result is an exceptionally smooth vodka with a delicate balance of freshness, spice and subtle sweetness.

Tasting Note

Nose: Fresh green grass, white pepper and subtle citrus notes.

Palate: Soft and smooth with a subtle sweetness, delicate spice and the characteristic, slightly earthy agave notes.

Finish: Medium-length with green grass, white pepper and fresh citrus nuances.

Crystal Head Vodka Onyx is excellent served neat, well chilled or on the rocks. It also shines in premium cocktails such as a Vodka Martini, Moscow Mule, Vodka Soda, Bloody Mary or Espresso Martini, where its delicate agave character comes into its own.
