Bottega Grappa Sandro Moriba reveals its aromas best when served at a temperature of 10 to 12 °C and is ideal as a digestif after a good meal. It pairs particularly well with dark or milk chocolate, fresh grapes, pears, fruit salad, vanilla ice cream, fruit parfait or panna cotta. It is also excellent with an espresso or as a classic caffè corretto, where a dash of grappa enhances the coffee. In Veneto and Friuli, it is also traditional to prepare a ‘Resentin’, whereby the last remnants of espresso in the cup are rinsed out with grappa and enjoyed.
