Undone Italian Bitter – This is not Orange Bitter (non-alcoholic) No. 7 0.7l online kaufen

Undone Italian Bitter – This is not Orange Bitter is an innovative non-alcoholic alternative to bitters, perfect for making classic cocktails and aperitifs. Bottled in a 0.7-litre bottle, it is a modern interpretation of an Italian aperitif bitter – but without alcohol. It is made using carefully selected botanicals, spices and citrus essences, which give it a complex interplay of flavours combining bitterness, freshness and a hint of fruitiness. This makes it the ideal choice for anyone who wishes to consciously avoid alcohol but does not want to compromise on authentic flavour and variety.

The Undone brand has set itself the task of reinterpreting classic spirits in an alcohol-free form. The Italian Bitter impressively demonstrates just how versatile alcohol-free drinks can be, and offers a stylish foundation for aperitif culture of the highest standard.

Tasting Note

Colour: Bright orange-red.

Nose: Fresh, fruity and citrusy with subtle herbal notes.

Palate: Bittersweet, well-balanced with notes of orange, grapefruit and spicy herbs.

Finish: Dry, aromatic and pleasantly bitter.

Undone Italian Bitter is ideal as a base for non-alcoholic aperitif drinks such as the popular NoNegroni or a non-alcoholic Spritz with soda or tonic water. Mixed with non-alcoholic sparkling wine or mineral water, it makes a refreshing aperitif for any occasion. It also reveals its full potential when combined with fruity juices such as blood orange or grapefruit. Furthermore, it can be served neat over ice with a slice of orange, offering a stylish, alcohol-free treat. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the flavour but not the alcohol during festive occasions or social gatherings.
