Tasting Note

Colour: Golden amber with coppery highlights.

Nose: Complex and aromatic with notes of candied fruit, vanilla, honey and delicate oak, accompanied by a light floral freshness.

Palate: Smooth and full-bodied with a harmonious blend of tropical fruits, caramel, spicy wood and a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. The Agricole component brings a subtle, grassy freshness that creates a unique tasting experience.

Finish: Long and complex with lingering notes of vanilla, oak and a delicate, fruity sweetness.

Emperor Mauritian Rum Heritage is ideal for drinking neat, allowing its refined flavours to unfold fully. If you prefer to enjoy it slightly chilled, serve it over a large ice cube.

For a special cocktail variation, it can be used in elegant drinks such as a Rum Old Fashioned or a Mai Tai, where its fruitiness and complexity really come into their own.
