Alm Mand'l Wine Spirit 96% vol. 1 litre online kaufen

Alm Mand'l grape spirit, with an alcohol content of 96 % vol. and a bottle size of 1 l, is a fine, high-proof grape spirit produced amidst the unspoilt natural landscape of Tyrol. Alm Mand’l is synonymous with traditional Alpine schnapps, made using only the finest local fruits and fruit varieties. Thanks to the master distillers’ many years of experience and the high quality of the raw materials, this Tyrolean distillery produces the finest spirits, which delight connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike.

Alm Mand’l wine spirit is ideal for making your own creations, such as blackberry liqueur, cherry liqueur or exotic Punsch. The wine spirit serves as a base into which the ingredients – fresh fruit, herbs or spices – are steeped. This mixture is then stored in a dark cellar for several weeks, allowing the flavours to develop to their full potential. However, it is important to find the correct mixing ratio of spirit to water in order to achieve the desired strength and bring out the flavours perfectly.

The spirit must not be drunk neat. At 96 per cent by volume, that would in any case be highly inadvisable.

Tasting Note

Due to its high alcohol content of 96 % vol., Alm Mand'l wine spirit is not suitable for drinking neat and should always be diluted with water to achieve the desired strength. Its versatility makes it an indispensable ingredient for creating spirits and liqueurs. Whether for homemade fruit liqueurs, as a base for exotic Punsch or as a fine spirit in traditional drinks – Alm Mand’l wine spirit is a true meisterwerk of Tyrolean distilling.
