1731 Fine & Rare Central America XO is a blend of various column-still rums from Guatemala, Panama and Belize. These rums have been aged for up to six years in ex-bourbon casks and offer aromas of sweet fruit, liquorice, vanilla and oak. Like all 1731 Fine & Rare rums, this one is also bottled without chill-filtering and without the addition of colourings.

Tasting Note

Nose: Intense, fruity, with notes of stone fruit, vanilla and oak.

Palate: Silky, intense, sweet, with notes of vanilla, buttercream, tropical fruits, wood, almonds and cocoa.
