Teremana Añejo Small Batch Tequila 40% vol. 1 l is a masterfully crafted tequila produced in a small Mexican town in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila is made from 100 per cent blue Weber agave and distilled in traditional copper stills, which gives it its distinctive purity and depth. Behind the brand is none other than the well-known actor and entrepreneur Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who launched the Teremana project in collaboration with a Mexican family-run distillery. Together, they established the Destilería Teremana de Agave to create this exceptional tequila.

Teremana Añejo is aged for at least 18 months in American whisky casks, which gives it its golden colour and the smooth, complex aromas of oak, caramel and vanilla. Particular emphasis is placed on transparency and sustainability throughout the production process. Teremana shares the entire production process publicly and works with local businesses to promote sustainability and minimise its environmental impact. The result is a premium tequila that is valued both for its quality and for its commitment to the environment.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with amber highlights.

Nose: Aromatic notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted wood, underpinned by a gentle freshness of agave.

Palate: Full-bodied and harmonious, with a perfect balance of sweet agave, caramel, vanilla and the warm, spicy aromas of oak.

Finish: Long-lasting and smooth, with lingering notes of caramel, oak and a subtle agave sweetness.

Teremana Añejo Small Batch Tequila is ideal for drinking neat, particularly at room temperature or slightly chilled, to allow the flavours to fully unfold. For cocktail lovers, it is excellent for sophisticated tequila cocktails such as the Tequila Old Fashioned or Tequila Sour.
