Whitley Neill PINEAPPLE GIN 43% is an English gin featuring pineapple, which combines this tropical fruit with the classic juniper profile of this long-established brand. The recipe was inspired by founder Johnny Neill’s travels through America and focuses in particular on the fruity sweetness of Costa Rican pineapple. The botanicals used include juniper berries, coriander seeds, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, sweet orange, pineapple, lemon peel and liquorice root. As a result, this bottling combines a distinctly tropical character with the spicy, citrusy and earthy components of a classic gin. Whitley Neill draws on a family distilling tradition whose roots date back to 1762.

Whitley Neill Gin is distilled in London at the City of London Distillery, which uses copper stills and combines traditional gin-making methods with modern recipes.
