Luc Belaire Rare LUXE 12.5% is a French Chardonnay sparkling wine from Burgundy, which, within the Belaire collection, is characterised by a particularly creamy and opulent style. It is made from 100 per cent Chardonnay, one of Burgundy’s most significant white grape varieties. Rare Luxe is produced as a Blanc de Blancs and combines its French heritage with the brand’s modern, distinctive character. A distinctive feature is the Chardonnay-based dosage, which lends the sparkling wine additional body and its characteristically softer style. This sets Rare Luxe clearly apart from sparkling wines with a distinctly dry profile and offers an accessible alternative for lovers of a fruitier and rounder style.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Luc Belaire Rare LUXE displays a luminous golden hue with a fine, lively perlage. On the nose, it reveals ripe peach and apricot, complemented by delicate floral notes and brioche. On the palate, this Chardonnay sparkling wine is round and creamy, with ripe fruit, lively freshness and a harmoniously integrated sweetness. The finish is soft, fruity and pleasantly lingering.

Served well chilled, the Luc Belaire Rare LUXE is ideal as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to seafood, prawns, sushi and light fish dishes.
