This family-run business, which draws on time-honoured Irish whiskey recipes, aims to revive the traditional reputation of Irish whiskeys worldwide. Every bottle of The Irishman is numbered, bears the year of bottling and is signed by Bernard Walsh, underlining the craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
This Irishman Single Malt Whiskey is triple-distilled to give it its exceptional purity. It is then matured in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks for more than 10 years, resulting in a complex and balanced flavour that delights whiskey enthusiasts.
