The Hannes Reeh Winery is situated in the renowned wine-growing region of Andau, which lies in the immediate vicinity of Lake Neusiedl. With 2,400 hours of sunshine, Andau is one of the sunniest regions in Austria and offers ideal conditions for wine-growing. Since 2007, Hannes Reeh has personally been responsible for the vinification of his wines. His tireless dedication is evident in every single one of his wines, which reflect the region’s unique character.

Hannes Reeh Heideboden Cuvee Süss is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which thrive in the best vineyards on gravelly soils. The wine matures gently in stainless-steel tanks, preserving its fresh and fruity aromas. After maturation, it is bottled and sealed with a screw cap. With an ageing potential of around 15 years, this wine develops even greater complexity and depth over time.

Tasting Note

A pale golden-yellow colour in the glass. Fresh and concentrated on the nose, with intense aromas of juicy peaches and citrus notes. On the palate, a pleasant sweetness unfolds, accompanied by a delicate acidity and fruity notes of ripe pineapple, peaches, lychee and a hint of white chocolate. Long-lasting finish.
