Nose: Powerful and complex with dried fruit and citrus, accompanied by spicy cloves and subtle sweet notes.

Palate: Full-bodied and comparatively dry, with dried fruit, pepper and orange peel, balanced by syrup and soft vanilla.

Finish: Long-lasting and multi-layered with cinnamon, cocoa and oak, as well as a smooth, harmonious aftertaste.

Due to its special collector’s appeal, The Macallan Sir Peter Blake Single Malt Scotch Whisky is best enjoyed neat at room temperature in a suitable nosing glass. A few drops of still water may be used to gently open up the whisky, which is bottled at 47.7 per cent.
