The Illusionist Dry Gin is an exceptional gin, crafted using 16 of the finest botanicals from around the world and offering a truly unique taste experience. This deep blue gin dares to do something new – not only in terms of flavour, but also visually. Thanks to the magical effect whereby the gin transforms from a rich blue to a soft pink when mixed with tonic water, it stands out clearly from other gins and provides a fascinating experience.

Made from high-quality raw materials, which are harvested only once they have reached the optimum stage of ripeness, this gin offers a harmonious and complex aroma. Distillation takes place in a copper pot still, which gives the gin a particularly smooth texture and a precise balance between the flavours.

The 16 botanicals used in this gin include angelica root from Bulgaria, cardamom from Guatemala, chamomile from Egypt, citrus fruits from Spain, mace from India, cranberries from Germany, ginger from China, and lavender from France, as well as lemongrass, also from Egypt.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep blue, which turns into a soft pink when mixed with tonic water.

Nose: Fresh citrus notes of lemongrass and citrus fruits, combined with floral notes of lavender and camomile, as well as the warm heat of cardamom and ginger.

Palate: Multi-layered and complex, with a harmonious blend of fresh citrus fruits, fruity cranberries and spicy cardamom. The ginger brings a subtle heat, whilst the lavender and camomile add a soft floral note.

Finish: Long and refreshing, with a fresh hint of citrus and a warm, spicy depth that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

The Illusionist Dry Gin is ideal for a classic gin and tonic or for gin cocktails such as a gin fizz or a Negroni. Its colour-changing effect also makes for a visual highlight that pairs perfectly with fresh salads, seafood, grilled vegetables or goat’s cheese.
