Rick Caribbean XO 8 Years Old Smooth Rum is a matured Caribbean rum that combines at least eight years’ cask maturation with a deliberately smooth and balanced style. The XO designation emphasises the focus on longer maturation and a more complex character within the Rick range. During its eight-year maturation period, the rum develops a harmonious balance between the original sugar cane distillate and the influences of cask ageing.
