Monin’s MATCHA GREEN TEA syrup (0.7 l) captures the distinctive flavour of matcha green tea in a versatile speciality syrup. The recipe contains matcha tea extract and natural flavourings and has been developed to make it easy to incorporate the typical green tea character into a variety of drinks and culinary creations. Monin uses French beet sugar as its sugar base. The syrup also contains no preservatives. Thanks to its high concentration and the recommended dilution ratio of 1:8, even a relatively small amount is sufficient to give drinks a distinctly recognisable matcha flavour.
