Del Professore Gin CROCODILE 45% ABV 0.7l online kaufen

Del Professore Gin CROCODILE is a distinctive release from the Italian brand Del Professore, produced in collaboration with the long-established Antica Distilleria Quaglia in Piedmont. This premium Italian gin is characterised by a powerful, structured style with a classic juniper base and finely balanced botanicals. The name ‘Crocodile’ refers to the intense, assertive aroma of this edition, which clearly sets it apart from the brand’s softer Monsieur Gin.

Bottled at 45 per cent, Del Professore Gin Crocodile is dry, spicy and complex. The recipe combines selected botanicals, with juniper clearly taking centre stage and complemented by citrus, spices and floral notes. Distillation is carried out with artisanal precision, resulting in a balanced London Dry-style gin with a Mediterranean character. The elegant bottle emphasises its classic appeal and makes this bottling a stylish choice in the premium gin segment.

Tasting Note

Colour: Crystal-clear and brilliant.

Nose: Intense juniper, accompanied by citrus freshness and spicy herbal notes.

Palate: Dry and full-bodied, with dominant juniper, citrus accents and a delicate spice profile.

Finish: Long-lasting, spicy and elegant with a distinct juniper character.

This Italian dry gin is ideal for a classic gin and tonic with neutral tonic water, to bring the juniper character to the fore. It also shines in cocktails such as the Martini or Negroni, where a robust, well-structured gin is required. On the culinary front, Del Professore Gin Crocodile pairs well with Mediterranean dishes, antipasti or light fish dishes with citrus notes, thereby highlighting its elegant, spicy character.
